I got into training in my late teens. I’d always been into sport, but like a lot of people starting out, I just wanted to build muscle and improve how I looked and felt.
Over time, I realised how much of an impact training can have — not just physically, but mentally as well. Feeling fitter, stronger, and more confident carries over into everyday life.

The fitness industry often overcomplicates things or sets unrealistic expectations. Extreme diets, constant trends, and “perfect” physiques can make it feel like you need to do everything right to get results.
